  • A Perfect Plate is a service that connects you and your family to a personal chef at a fraction of the cost. This service allows you the flexibility of having one or multiple meals cooked at your location of choice.

  • The beauty of A Perfect Plate is that your chef will use what you currently have in your pantry, your kitchen, and spice rack to prepare the meal. You are paying simply for their service and time. So continue your grocery shopping as normal and keep your same pots and pans. Our chefs will whip up a delicious meal for you and create and unforgettable experience.

    If you want to try something new, our chef’s will be happy to oblige. They may recommend additional ingredients that you may need to purchase for your experience.

  • No. Your chef knows their way around a kitchen and provided the opportunity, yours as well. There are a few basic requirements that you will need. Please see our Client Kitchen Code for more details.

  • No. We are a personal chef service which is quite different from caterers. We can definetly help you work with one of our chefs outside of A Perfect Plate to assist with caterning needs you may have.

  • Yes. Your chef is highly trained and well tested to deliver quality meals to you and your guests with all needs in mind. This will be discussed in the planning call.

  • Children over the age of 3, count towards the capacity limit. If there is a need to accomodate children in the menu design, please speak with your chef and we will be happy to accomodate.

  • If clients aren’t already logged in when you reach your scheduler, they can click Log in in the top-right corner. You’ll enter their email address and password, then click Log in.

  • Once you have agreed upon a menu, the chef will send you a detailed listing of the items you need to purchase. This option allows you to save on costs since you can source your groceries at multiple stores with discounted savings or you may currently have the necessary items.

  • Once the chef has completed the menu design, you will receive an invoice for an estimate of the groceries. Any unused portion of your groceries will be refunded or can be counted toward a tip.

  • No. We encourage you to tip your chef and provide options on your invoice. You can also tip the chef at completion of the service.
